Spent the morning trudging about Bukit Brown in the sweltering heat, learning about the cemeteries and some of the people buried there. http://instagr.am/p/K0M-H-mYtw/

Abandoned children’s cemetery in Greenville, SC. It’s not in this good of condition anymore, though. There’s been a lot of vandalism there in the past two years since several paranormalists in Greenville published articles on the site.

I checked out The Cabinet of Curiosities at the Brisbane Museum. I’m a sucker for weird stuff like that. There was a leech jar, masonic foundation stones, a scarificator, Sir Thomas Brisbane’s meerschaum pipe, a taxidermied dog used to convict a man of murder, a petrol container used to bomb the Whiskey-a-Go-Go, a tied up linen rope used to escape prison, and loads of other stuff.
They didn’t go the Fortean route, but it’s all very interesting none the less. Well worth the trip. It’s free too, like all good museums should be.
Note: Tumblr cropped the photos so click through to see everything

Hans Holbein’den “The Ambassadors” ve kişisel “harikalar dolabı” (1533).. Bu resim aslında en çok ön plandaki figür sebebiyle daha çok biliniyor, belirli bir açıdan bakıldığında kafatası olarak görünüyor..
Resimle ilgili detaylı bir yazı için şurdan buyrun..
